Week 11:
This week I conduct a small meeting between my entire group to decide and to distribute and contribute and allocated our entire project’s part amongst my group members to start working on it as soon as we can to submit it on time and meet our expectation. However, I afraid that we will find a lot of difficulties because this topic considers a new subject that we never studied before, but we will insist to skip beyond all obstacles that we might faced.
Week 12:
Regarding to our last week meeting, we decided to hand out each one of us to take the suitable part which’s fit with her skills and qualifications, then we showed that arrangements to our instructors but he said he already allocated all parts due to our abilities and experiences, so then we followed his instructions as well. In addition, I took the 4th part that was called: “Functional Specification of the Application”. As I understood, it based on Administrators Functions and Roles where it can design and create administration modules online for specific application and forms and provide permissions or control the accesses into the web information.
Week 13:
During this week, Mr. Tridib explained for each single person in every group their topic in details, clarified our misunderstanding or confusing and let us to ask and negotiate with hem. On the other hand, he demonstrated also for us what is the perfect way to search and looking for the information to gain the right one. Furthermore, I started research through some useful techniques that required to find out, discover, realize and meet the requirements by analyses data’s, develop and update a web-enabled database by supplying documentations (functional specification) in order to support the database implementation.
Week 14:
In this week, Mr. Tridib asked us to set over as group to illustrated, show our processes, progress about this project and to help each one of us. I sat with my college Bushrah and we started to design our initial tempests or the web applications by using different Microsoft Programmes, such as: Word, Visio or by using Macromedia Dreamweaver. Later on, we create the first one on the Visio and then we show him, but he gave us small brief about our first style and he noticed that it can be many and more Administrator Application Modules we have to looking for and to complete them. Finally, it well be easy for us for testing the final results because it lead us to do the proper job, so then we will meet our won targets by becoming Expertise with designing these on line forms.
Week 15:
In this week, I searched on the internet about my part and I read a lot of information about how creating and producing many different styles of applications form online. After many researching, I got hug and clear ideas about Administrators’ Modules duties, so I designed the first one that is “Creating User Account or Logon Name with Password”. I followed the right steps to design it by using Visio because this programme had a lot of options and features that might help me to plan and draw the applications in easy and simple way. In addition, I propose the final layout of the first page (HOME PAGE) for our project.
Week 16:
In this week, I started designed the second important points of the Administrator Modules, it was how to adding and deleting and editing data’s in the web forms. I drown them systematically in step by step. Although, I draw in this proposal how the visitors can be only have access to view and look on to our quires or the main table without changing any things, but incase they try modifying the details, then the error message will stop them and return them to the main page.
Week 17:
One’s I had been finished all the requirements, I forwarded all the necessarily details to my friend Fatma to be capable to start her part in PHP as soon as she can because our friends’ Eman had been finished her part about “My SQL” already and presented to us and explain how she make it in particulars.
Week 18:
Now it the time to reach into the end or our project and to present our final layout because Fatma had been finished her part and show us how she spent and how much efforts she put to finalize it and produced it on time, so now my friend Maryam might be able to test the projects in to the XAMPP and forms in Dreamweaver before we display it to our instructors.
